Heute waren wir in der Holzwerkstatt im Freizythuus in Münsingen. Die Kinder möchten einen Watschelpinguin machen. Zuerst musste eine Schablone vom Pinguin gezeichnet werden, dann auf Holz abgezeichnet und mit einer Stichsäge ausgesägt werden. Dann noch Räder und die passenden Löcher gemacht und das Holz geschliffen. Angemalt wird nächste Woche!

Today we were at a local wood workshop. The children want to make a penguin. First we had to draw the template of the penguin and then draw it on the wood and saw it out with a jig saw. Then the wheels and the fitting holes and polishing the wood. Next week they’ll paint!
